Recently relocated from Dorset to Brighton. The reviews on this site are from my Dorset clients, and I am now building my Sussex client base.

This website belongs to Broadleaf Horticulture, a sole trader garden care and renovation business run by Finn in Brighton, East Sussex. If you have any questions about this policy, email finn@broadleafhorticulture.com.
I only collect what you choose to send me. If you use the enquiry form, email me or phone me, that is usually your name, email address, phone number, your garden’s location and a description of what you would like help with. You may also send photos of your garden.
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a plan and quote, and carry out any work you ask me to do. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Under UK data protection law, I rely on your request to take steps before a contract (replying to an enquiry or quoting), performing a contract (carrying out agreed work), and my legitimate interest in running my business and keeping appropriate records.
Only the services I need to run the website and my business, such as website hosting, email and form handling. They process information on my behalf and under their own privacy terms. I may share details with a trusted tradesperson only if you ask me to arrange one.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for around 12 months so I can follow up if you ask. Records of work carried out, quotes and invoices are kept for as long as legally and financially required.
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work properly. If I add analytics or other optional cookies in future, I will ask for your consent first and update this page.
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how I use it. Email me and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please contact me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
